The EZVideoSplicer 1.6 is a software program for Windows operating systems that offers users an application for cutting, editing and encoding their Windows Media Video 9 files.
Users benefit from the EZVideoSplicer 1.6 application’s easy to use interface and can immediately use its easy coding feature and convert their ASF/WMV, AVI, and MPG files by desired output quality or by specifying an output file size. With this feature they can also take a sequence of still images and use them for creating animations by creating AVI’s from them.
The EZVideoSplicer 1.6 also features fast editing capabilities for users which allows them to join file types that are different types which the application will automatically re encode for them. To speed the process up even further, the program offers users the function of cutting WMV and AVI files before re encoding. These files can also be joined without re encoding.
EZVideoSplicer 1.6 supports a wide range of audio encoding options as well as constant and variable bit rate video encoding. It can use any VFW video codec that users have on their systems to encode to AVI including Divx, or files can be encoded whilst uncompressed. Merging is another feature supported by this application and it can work on several files together to merge media files together or separate them into different files. Users must have DirecX 9 installed before running this application and must also have the Divx codec installed as it is not included with the application.
